| Description: | Minnesotans with disabilities may be eligible for free dental care through a new program called Minnesota Donated Dental Services. Although the program was just recently initiated in Minnesota, 84 dentists and 21 laboratories have already volunteered for the program. Use the contact information below to learn more.
Service:
•DDS volunteers provide comprehensive treatment to eligible patients.
•Volunteers do not provide emergency services.
Eligibility:
One must lack adequate income to pay for dental care and be:
•Permanently disabled or
•Medically at-risk or
•65 years old or older
